Actor Headshot, corporate headshot, business portrait, portrait photographer Leicester

Although based in Leicester, I regularly photograph companies in Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, and across Warwickshire.

Many Coventry businesses are refreshing their websites and LinkedIn profiles with professional team headshots.

I work with marketing managers and business owners who want a consistent, professional look across their team — without disrupting the working day.

My approach is simple: relaxed, efficient headshot sessions photographed at your office, so your team can be photographed quickly and comfortably.

Who I Work With

Most of my corporate headshot work is with:

  • Law firms

  • Accountancy firms

  • Financial advisers

  • Consultants

  • Professional service companies

These organisations often need consistent team photos for websites, proposals and LinkedIn profiles.

On-Location Headshots in Rugby

Rather than asking your team to travel to a studio, I bring a portable studio setup directly to your office.

This means:

  • Consistent lighting and backgrounds

  • Quick sessions (typically 3–5 minutes per person)

  • Minimal disruption to the working day

Many teams can be photographed in under two hours.

Areas I Cover in and Around Rugby

I regularly photograph companies across:

    • Rugby town centre offices

    • Swift Valley Industrial Estate

    • Rugby Gateway

    • Warwickshire business parks

Although I’m based in Leicester, Coventry is an easy journey and I regularly work with businesses across the region.

Why Companies Update Their Headshots

Marketing teams often contact me when:

  • The company website is being redesigned

  • New team members have joined

  • LinkedIn profiles need updating

  • A consistent visual brand is needed across the team

Professional headshots help companies present a credible and approachable first impression online.

FAQs

How long do team headshots take?

Most people take around 3–5 minutes, so a team of 25–30 can often be photographed within a couple of hours.

Do you photograph teams at our office?

Yes. I bring a portable studio setup so the headshots can be taken in a meeting room or office space.

Can new staff be photographed later?

Yes. Many clients arrange top-up sessions when new staff join so their headshots match the existing team. If your company in Coventry is planning a website refresh or updating LinkedIn profiles, feel free to get in touch to discuss your team headshots.

Choosing the Right Professional Headshot Package

My professional headshot packages are designed to suit different needs, from a single polished image to a fully art-directed personal brand shoot.

The Essential Headshot is ideal if you need one strong, professional image. It includes a guided on-location shoot and two carefully edited headshots, perfect for LinkedIn profiles, company websites, and professional directories.

The Professional Headshot package offers more flexibility and choice. With additional shooting time, faster delivery, and four or more fully edited images, it’s suited to professionals who want variety for LinkedIn, websites, PR, and marketing use.

The Premium Personal Brand package is a high-end experience for business owners, leaders, and executives. It includes multiple styles, outfit and background changes, and a more creative, brand-focused approach, producing images designed to elevate your professional presence across all platforms.

All sessions are photographed on location across Leicester and the East Midlands, with expert guidance throughout to ensure confident, natural, and professional results.

Travel is charged at 45p per mile outside of Leicestershire.

*If the location is over 1hr drive/train away a £100 fee will be added to the individual portrait price in addition to the travel expenses.

I take out blemishes and colour grade every image, as seen in the gallery below.

Additional edits/retouches are available at a £20 per image.

I often get the question, “Whats the difference between a headshot and a portrait?

The main difference between a portrait and a headshot, is that a headshot is a picture of a person's face. Its purpose is to identify someone, to see what their face looks like. A headshot is a professional representation of the subject for the desired use of the photograph, LinkedIn, social media, about us pages etc.

A portrait on the other hand is something much more personal. A portrait is a likeness of a person to identify them, but it also tells you something about the person - or the personality of the person in the picture. It's an artistic representation of the person.

The lighting is quite different, headshots benefit from softer lighting that doesn’t create harsh shadows on the face or make prominent features stand out. With portraits you can afford to be slightly more creative, dramatic and allow more contrast.

If you are in business then having an excellent headshot is a must. There are so many people competing for business and jobs that getting noticed and standing out from the crowd is essential. Whether it is on your website or social media profiles, a professional headshot will help get you noticed.

We often judge and make assumptions about people in a split second. So the way you look and the way you dress is important.

For your photo shoot it’s nice to have several changes of tops. Simple plain clothing with different necklines and colours, including white and black, work best. This puts the emphasis on you as a person and gives a stronger visual impression.

To look professional, men should wear a jacket, shirt and tie. The tie can be removed for a more casual look. A blouse with a jacket looks more professional on women. The jacket can be removed for a softer more casual look. I also recommend having some shots in casual clothing to get a variety of images for different purposes. I have several different colour backgrounds to compliment your outfit.
